3. What is the freshness guarantee for your scones? Our commitment to quality means that we bake, pack and ship your scones on the same day. To preserve their absolute freshness, each scone is individually sealed in its own pouch.

 

4. What is the typical order fulfillment time? The time required to fulfill an order generally ranges from 1 to 3 days. The specific timeframe may vary based on demand and our production capacity. Additionally, we don’t ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Orders received on those days will not begin to be fulfilled until Monday.

 

5. How does Skonzies handle orders during the holiday season and peak periods? During high-demand times, such as the holiday season, we implement a pre-ordering system to manage our production efficiently. As a small boutique producer, the demand often exceeds our current capacity. We recommend staying tuned to our website for updates and details as the holiday season approaches.

6. What is the minimum order quantity for Skonzies scones? The minimum order for Skonzies Artisanal Scones is a box of 6 scones.

 

7. What packaging options are available for scones? We offer scones in boxes of 6 or 12. When placing an order, please make sure to order in multiples of 6 scones.

 

8. Can I customize the contents of each box when ordering multiple boxes? Absolutely! If you're ordering multiple boxes, you can specify the contents of each box. Please provide these details in the note section at the bottom of your cart page.

 

9. How can I request a specific delivery date for my scones? If you require your scones by a specific date, you can let us know in the "Add a Note" section on the "My Cart" page. We'll do our best to ensure your scones arrive by the requested date.

Can I place orders for scones to be delivered to multiple addresses? For now, if you need to place orders for scones to be delivered to different addresses, we kindly request that you create a new order for each unique address. We are actively working on streamlining our ordering process to make it more convenient to accommodate multiple addresses within a single order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may currently cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

14. What should I do if I'm ordering scones as a gift? If you are ordering scones as a gift, please take advantage of the "Add a Note" section on the "My Cart" page during the checkout process. You can specify any special message or instructions you would like us to include on the card insert for your recipient. This personal touch adds a delightful surprise to your scone gift.

 

15. Is there a delivery fee for orders within specific areas? Yes, delivery is FREE for locations within Robbinsville Township, Hamilton Square, and some parts of Allentown, NJ. Additionally, we offer FREE pick-up options at select Robbinsville, NJ locations.

 

16. What are the shipping charges for areas outside of the local delivery /pick-up zones? For orders outside our local delivery areas, we offer a convenient flat fee of $9.99 for shipping via USPS within the contiguous lower 48 states. Depending on where you live shipping time for USPS typically range between 1 - 4 days. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

17. What is your policy on returns? Due to the nature of our product and the importance of maintaining freshness, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to making it right and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following statement very carefully. ALL PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN: wheat, dairy & milk-based ingredients and its derivatives, eggs, nuts of all kinds, seeds, herbs, cocoa, soy-based products, alcohol-based extracts, and/or other products that may result in allergic reactions. All products are processed with equipment which also processes nuts and other products that can cause allergic reactions. We do not guarantee or represent that any of our products are free of such allergens. Additionally, this is NOT a gluten free product.
